During Spring 2015, myself, Alex Broad and a couple of other mates have been out roaming the hills for Tahr. As usual for that time of year the objective was to search out animals feeding down low on the new growth. We set our eyes on both harvesting meat for the summer BBQ and of course the potential at shooting a big bull or two. Unfortunately we didn’t find anything of trophy size, I pulled the trigger on what I thought was a much larger Bull based on the front on view of his bases, sadly he had weak early growth so wasn’t terribly long. However the freezers are now full and naturally we had a great time in the hills. Bring on the 2016 Roar!
