The Arete pack frame is a brand-new design, built from the ground up. The frame is lightweight and incredibly strong, designed for carrying loads of up to 50kg and providing unparalleled comfort. The body-mapped curvature of the frame and next-gen padding set the Arete up for maximum stability and stamina while hauling a wide variety of weight and bulk.
Itincorporates 4 separate aluminum stays to provide contoured strength and stability across the full width of the frame. The XLADDER™ Chassis is a carefully crafted shape that allows the weight to distribute in a more even manner across the hips, back and shoulders, resulting in increased comfort and increased carrying capacity for the user.
The next-gen dual-density padding marks a new level of weight to support. This amazing new padding hugs the contact points in a more even manner for better weight distribution. This has allowed us to shape both the hip belt and back supports into a more ergonomic shape offering greater support to a wider range of body shapes. This layout includes ourFoam Flow™ design which leaves open channels between contact points for fresh air to pass easily over your back and vent out heat and sweat.
The Arete Frame length is fully customizable for different body lengths. A locking frame height adjustment system means you only have to set it up once for your height, lock it, and it will stay set.
All the tension points across the frame are reinforced for additional strength and all the hardware is Duraflex® made, the industry leader in bomb-proof buckles and ladder locks (webbing and strap adjusters).
Finally, theintegrated meat shelf has been carefully crafted to place heavy meat loads in the optimal position. This locks the weight snugly to the frame body and close to your spine for an energy-efficient, comfortable, and safer pack out.

INSEAM: This is the measurement from the center of the crotch on our pants, to the base of the inner leg.
Our over-trousers are designed to be worn over the top of your regular pants. The sizing is therefore larger than our regular pants.

GAITER SIZING
Measure the circumference of calves at the thickest point. The size on the chart is the largest measurement that will fit in the gaiter. Gaiters can be tightened, but cannot be stretched to fit legs larger than the measurements shown on the chart.

WARRANTIES
1 YEAR WARRANTY
If within one year your Hunters Element product is found to have a manufacturer fault in any way, we will repair or replace it for free!
LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We are so confident in the quality of our gear that if at any point in its life your Hunters Element kit gets damaged, we'll sort you out. If you've torn it on an antler, punctured it with a thorn or crushed a zip between rocks, we'll repair it (if we can) for a small fee. Some jobs are easier than others though, so you should check out our Product Care Guide to get the best life out of your gear.
RETURNS
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. Please try to include all original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment or packaging.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
Contact us via e-mail or phone if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. Get in touch via our Contact Us page and we'll help you out!
SIZING RETURNS & OTHER:
For online orders where you would like to change the size of one or more products, please contact us first. Once you have filled in a return request and we receive the product back (still in new brand-new condition with the swing tags included), we will issue with a store credit to the same value. You can then purchase the new size and it will be sent out as normal.
For a successful return request please attach a photo of the product showing the defect, or for size swaps, show the product in new condition with the tags on and a description to match.
