Both the original Eclipse Range and the Eclipse V2 range are constructed with our HYDRAFUSE™ HELIOS™ fabric. The Eclipse V2 range uses this high performance fibre in a new way however, adding a smart, body-mapped jacquard knit panel to the back for ultimate breathability and cooling. 

Here are the differences you'll notice:  

• The smart jacquard knit, originally developed for high-performance athletic apparel, has been introduced to hunting apparel for the first time in Eclipse V2. This fabric technology cleverly adapts to the wearer, circulating air to the areas you need it most – down the spine and under the arms.   
• The overall construction strategically removes seams for added comfort and durability. The shoulder seam has been moved off the clavicle, ensuring that backpack straps are extra comfortable. The reduced seams also minimise the waste associated with traditional “cut and sew” methods, advancing our sustainability practices. 

Each Eclipse V2 style has been developed with a specific purpose in mind. The Eclipse Crew V2 is the all-rounder base layer, offering arm coverage with a fitted cut for easy layering under other garments. 

The Eclipse Tee is a classic fit T-shirt, suitable for hunters who prefer their arms free or who like to wear this casual style every day. 

The Eclipse V2 Top features a standing collar for neck protection from the sun, paired with a quarter-length zip for easy on and off. This is our recommendation for hunters who expect to spend prolonged periods exposed to the sun. 

The Eclipse V2 Vantage builds on our existing best-selling Vantage Hoodie, combining the groundbreaking technology of the Eclipse V2 range with the integrated face veil of the Vantage Hoodie. This provides total concealment for close-quarters bush stalking. 

Finally, the Eclipse Polo is our first polo-style summer base layer. This versatile top performs well in the field and is smart enough for the pub!

This range utilises cutting-edge fabric technology previously seen only in professional athletic apparel. Implementing this innovative fabric method is no easy feat and we worked closely with our fabric mills to develop the jacquard. Additional refinement was required to perfect the pattern for the hardcore hunter’s needs – providing optimal cooling and airflow down the spine and under the arms to keep these areas cool even while carrying a heavy backpack.

As the singlet offers exceptional airflow under the arms, we didn’t see the need to change this style.

While the polo is part of the Eclipse V2 family, it is the first Eclipse Polo we have developed, making it a pioneering addition to the range.
