The winner will receive the original artwork (unframed) used for the 'FANG IT' t-shirt, signed by artist Blair Sayer.

The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and not redeemable for cash or credits.

The prize or items within the prize are not eligible to be returned in any store or stockist of Hunters Element products for cash or credit.

Every unit of the 'FANG IT' tee purchased between September 13th 2024 and November 30th 2024 constitutes a single entry into the draw.

A winner is chosen at random following the competition end date and time.

Winner Announcement: By participating in this competition, you agree that we may disclose the name of the winner.

Information Sharing: The contact details of the winner will be shared with The Rock Radio Station (Mediaworks NZ) for the purpose of prize distribution and coordination.

Media Appearance: The Rock Radio Station may request to announce the winner on air. The winner may also be invited to participate in a live on-air interview, at the discretion of The Rock Radio Station.

Prize Forfeiture: If the winner wishes to forfeit the prize, a new winner will be drawn at random from the remaining entries.

Uncontactable Winner: If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days, we reserve the right to draw another winner at random. This process will continue until a reachable winner is found.

Consent: By entering the competition, you consent to the use of your name and contact information as described above, and agree to comply with any additional requirements set forth by The Rock Radio Station for media appearances.

• Entry is open Worldwide except employees (and their families) of Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd., Pro Team members, printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
• Proof of identity may be required.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. 
• No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf.
• Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
• In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd. relating to any post-winning publicity.

• Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).
