Win Back Your Order - Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is promoted by Evolve Outdoors Limited, Unit 11/4, 4 Glover Street, Wellington, New Zealand ("Promoter").

2. Competition Period
The competition closes at11:59pm NZDT on 25 Dec 2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries outside of this time and date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of Evolve Outdoors Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Customers must have made a purchase from Hunters Element website/s on the specified competition day to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
• Purchase any product(s) from Hunters Element on the specified competition day via our website/s
• Entry is automatic upon purchase completion during the Competition Period.
• One entry per order
• Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries.
• Retain proof of purchase as evidence of entry.

5. Prize Details
• Number of Prizes: Three chances to win order value back.
• Prize Description: Each winner will receive a refund equal to the total value of their order.
• Order value will be paid via an order refund process and will be refunded back to the original payment method used at time of purchase.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection
• Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
• The draw will take place at Evolve Outdoors Limited HQ on 7th January 2026
• The first three valid entries drawn will win the prizes.
• The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification
• Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
• Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw may occur.
• Winners' names and location may be published on our website and social media channels within 5 days of the draw.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Details
Competition details as advertised form part of these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open except for employees (and their families) of Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd., Pro Team members, printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes, and any other companies associated with the competitions.

4. Proof of Identity
Proof of identity may be required.

5. Disqualification
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. No other family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf.

6. Entry Method
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro, or automated devices will be void. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

7. Terms Amendment
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

8. Prize Availability
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

9. Winner Cooperation
The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph, and disclosure of the county of residence and will cooperate with any other reasonable requests by Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd. relating to any post-winning publicity.

10. Draw Method
Unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

11. Contacting Winners
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

12. Prize Confirmation
Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).

13. Forfeiture of Prize
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

14. Judges’ Decision
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

15. Modification of Competitions
Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

16. Promoter Information
The provider of the prize and promoter is Evolve Outdoors Group Limited, 4 Glover Street, Ngauranga, Wellington, New Zealand.

17. Discrepancy Resolution
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
