- The TPU CrampLok™ is compatible with both semi-automatic and universal strap crampons.
- The upper is made from top-quality 2.5mm Nubuck leather.
- The lining is constructed from HYDRAFUSE™, a heavy-duty waterproof, breathable membrane.
- An anatomically designed tongue with a centre lock lace hook and a soft and durable Nappa leather connection to the upper.
- Strategically designed perforations in the upper allow air circulation to move around your foot keeping your feet more comfortable.
- Roller lower lace eyelets paired with locking mid and upper lace hooks means your laces synch up easily and stay locked in place throughout the day.
- All Terrain Comfort insole with a breathable top layer and heavy-duty comfort foam moulds to the shape of your foot to minimise friction and fatigue.
- A Full-length nylon shank with anatomically designed tapered flex provides stable foot placement on uneven terrain and overbending.

Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days of dispatch in off-peak periods. During peak periods, such as Christmas and sale events, dispatch may take longer. During major sale events, please allow an extra 4–5 working days for dispatch.
We use trusted New Zealand couriers, including NZ Post/ Courier Post and Post Haste.

WARRANTIES
These policies don't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
1. 1 YEAR WARRANTY
If your Hunters Element product has a manufacturer's fault within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may give you a repair, replacement, or refund beyond one year depending on the product and the fault.
2. WARRANTY ISSUES
If your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us with photos of the fault and your order number or proof of purchase.
3. LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We know hunting is tough on gear. If your kit gets damaged, we'll help sort it out. If it's torn or punctured, we'll repair it where we can for a small fee, with more complex repairs costing a little more. To keep your gear in top shape, see our Product Care Guide.

5. SIZING RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you've ordered online and need a different size, you can return your item through our returns portal. Items must be in brand-new condition with swing tags attached. We'll process your refund or exchange once we receive your item. Please allow extra time during peak and sale periods. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that don't meet these conditions. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
6. MYSTERY BUNDLES
Mystery bundles are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind or sizing, so please order your usual size. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Shipping and handling charges aren’t refunded on change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item is faulty or we made an error with your order, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping.
