The Legacy is the brainchild of the Hunters Element head product designer. He wanted to create the ultimate mid/outer layer that could be used on just about every hunt. The Legacy was made to keep you warm while glassing and stalking without overheating, as so often happens with membrane lined outer layers. He then took every top-quality feature he could find and packed them into the jacket.
The purpose-built 290gsm HYDRAFUSE™ HYBRIDTECH™, RPET recycled fabric uses a 90gsm water-resistant, two-way stretch outer with a 200gsm fleece inner. This means that the jacket is really warm but breathes exceptionally well, all the while remaining quiet, soft and blocking out about 90% of the wind. The Legacy is the absolute ultimate bridge between outer and mid-layers for the serious huntress.

Measure Up
Lay your favourite jacket flat on a solid, even surface. Measure the 1/2 chest from armpit to armpit, and the length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Compare these measurements to the size chart to find your best fit.
These are the measurements of the garment, not the person wearing the garment.
Please note measurements can vary within 1cm. This is within our tolerance.

Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days of dispatch in off-peak periods. During peak periods, such as Christmas and sale events, dispatch may take longer. During major sale events, please allow an extra 4–5 working days for dispatch.
We use trusted New Zealand couriers, including NZ Post/ Courier Post and Post Haste.

WARRANTIES
These policies don't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
1. 1 YEAR WARRANTY
If your Hunters Element product has a manufacturer's fault within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may give you a repair, replacement, or refund beyond one year depending on the product and the fault.
2. WARRANTY ISSUES
If your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us with photos of the fault and your order number or proof of purchase.
3. LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We know hunting is tough on gear. If your kit gets damaged, we'll help sort it out. If it's torn or punctured, we'll repair it where we can for a small fee, with more complex repairs costing a little more. To keep your gear in top shape, see our Product Care Guide.

5. SIZING RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you've ordered online and need a different size, you can return your item through our returns portal. Items must be in brand-new condition with swing tags attached. We'll process your refund or exchange once we receive your item. Please allow extra time during peak and sale periods. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that don't meet these conditions. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
6. MYSTERY BUNDLES
Mystery bundles are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind or sizing, so please order your usual size. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Shipping and handling charges aren’t refunded on change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item is faulty or we made an error with your order, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping.
