Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days of dispatch in off-peak periods. During peak periods, such as Christmas and sale events, dispatch may take longer. During major sale events, please allow an extra 4–5 working days for dispatch.
We use trusted New Zealand couriers, including NZ Post/ Courier Post and Post Haste.

WARRANTIES
These policies don't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
1. 1 YEAR WARRANTY
If your Hunters Element product has a manufacturer's fault within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may give you a repair, replacement, or refund beyond one year depending on the product and the fault.
2. WARRANTY ISSUES
If your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us with photos of the fault and your order number or proof of purchase.
3. LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We know hunting is tough on gear. If your kit gets damaged, we'll help sort it out. If it's torn or punctured, we'll repair it where we can for a small fee, with more complex repairs costing a little more. To keep your gear in top shape, see our Product Care Guide.

If you've ordered online and need a different size, you can return your item through our returns portal. Items must be in brand-new condition with swing tags attached. We'll process your refund or exchange once we receive your item. Please allow extra time during peak and sale periods. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that don't meet these conditions. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
6. MYSTERY BUNDLES
Mystery bundles are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind or sizing, so please order your usual size. This doesn’t affect your rights if an item is faulty.

I am an Australian size 12 to 14 and this fits perfectly with a thick long-sleeve t shirt and jumper underneath, while still allowing for movement and the ability to do all the zips/velcro up. Length is great, covers the rear end easily, my hunting cap can be worn over top of the hood as well.

I’ve been really impressed with the Storm Jacket. It’s lightweight enough to wear while working without feeling bulky, but still gives you plenty of protection when the weather turns.
I especially like the full zip, longer fit and big pockets, which makes it really practical for everyday farm work. The hood is also great when you’re out in the rain and wind and the jacket is easy to throw on over your other layers.
It’s become one of those jackets I like having close by because it packs down so small and is easy to take with me on the quad or keep in the ute. A really practical rain jacket for getting on with the job, whatever the weather throws at you!
