Got my first one a couple of years ago. Has packed out a dozen fallow deer, 2 red stags and a half dozen sambar. I have well and trully overloaded it a few times too- no issues. No rips, nicks or tears. Allowed me to completely change up my day pack kit and now i hardly use my 35 liter pack, just a good hydration pack with basics and the meat pack attached to it. Awesome in thick country where the big pack snags on everything...
My only gripe, and the only reason im not rating it at 5 stars, the straps like to pinch in and then bite into your shoulders a fair bit with full loads. Gets really uncomfortable after 20 or so minutes. But its a great compromise and id recomend carrying one....they weigh almost nothing...
Hi There,
Thanks for the awesome feedback! Sounds like you’ve really put your Bluff Pack through its paces. We’re stoked to hear it’s holding up so well.
We appreciate the note about the shoulder straps, that’s valuable insight and something we’ll pass along to our Design Team, who are always taking on feedback about improving our gear.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience and for recommending the pack.
Wow what a jacket! Bought the green 2XL and it’s a perfect fit and sharp looking. I don’t usually do puffer jackets but this one is a banga! Lucky I got mine on an excellent sale!
I bought these for my partner andhe loves them! He is no longer concerned of walking through long grass.
