The Sitemaster HD is made for abuse. The body-mapped design places heavy-duty nylon on the hard-wearing areas that take all the abuse and a soft wind-block fleece in the main zones. A hearty hard-wearing fleece that cuts through the wind, is water-resistant and provides insulation while breathing out moisture. Featuring a traditional laced neck, a handy zippered chest pocket and reflective tape for high visibility.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days from dispatch during off-peak times. However, during peak seasons such as Christmas and sales events, please anticipate potential delays as we handle increased volumes.

WARRANTIES
1 YEAR WARRANTY
If within one year your Hunters Element product is found to have a manufacturer fault in any way, we will repair or replace it for free.
LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
We’re so confident in the quality of our gear that if at any point in its life your Hunters Element kit gets damaged, we'll sort you out. If you've torn it on an antler, punctured it with a thorn, or crushed a zip between rocks, we'll repair it (if we can) for a small fee. RETURNS
WARRANTY ISSUES:
Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. Please use our Contact Us page to notify us of the issue, including photos and proof of purchase.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
If you received an item different than what was described on the website — wrong size, colour, or style — please get in touch via our Contact Us page and we’ll help you out.
SIZING RETURNS & OTHER:
For online orders where you'd like to change the size of one or more products, please use our returns form. Once we receive the product back (still in brand-new condition with the swing tags included), we’ll process a refund or exchange. Please expect delays during peak seasons and sale periods. Staff hold the right to refuse exchanges or returns.
